How Much Does a Pedigree Kitten Cost in 2026? (Bengal & BSH Pricing Breakdown)
What affects the price of a Bengal or British Shorthair kitten in 2026 — colour, pedigree, breeding rights, delivery and first-year costs — and how to avoid scams.
What sets a kitten's price
Pedigree kitten prices depend on the parents' bloodlines, coat colour and pattern, whether the kitten is sold as a pet or with breeding rights, and the health testing behind the litter.
Rare colours, such as snow Bengals and golden British Shorthairs, are usually priced higher.
What should be included
A fair price should include vaccinations, worming, flea treatment, microchip, a vet health check, a registered pedigree and a written contract. Ours also include a starter pack and lifetime support.
Delivery costs
Collection is free. Courier, flight-nanny or cargo delivery is quoted separately and depends on distance and the destination country's import rules.
First-year costs to budget for
Plan for quality food, litter, a scratching post, toys, insurance, booster vaccinations and neutering or spaying.
Avoiding kitten scams
Be wary of prices far below the norm, sellers who refuse video calls, and requests for payment by gift card. Always ask to see the kitten on video with its mother.
