Questions

Everything families ask us

If your question is not answered here, message us on WhatsApp — we answer personally, usually within the hour, and we are happy to talk before you decide anything.

How do I find out the price?

Send us a WhatsApp message. Price depends on breed, sex, colour, pattern quality, pedigree and which of our five locations the kitten is in, so we quote per kitten rather than publishing a single figure. You will get a clear, all-in price with nothing hidden, plus the cost of delivery to your country.

Why don't you list prices on the website?

Two reasons. Our kittens differ significantly in pedigree and quality, and prices vary with local currency and shipping. And we would rather have a short conversation about your home first — it is how we avoid selling an energetic Bengal to a household that really wanted a lap cat.

How do I reserve a kitten?

A deposit reserves your chosen kitten and is deducted from the final price. You receive the signed sale contract, the pedigree pack and the health documents at that point. The balance is due before collection or travel.

What documents come with my kitten?

A four-generation TICA or GCCF pedigree certificate and registration transfer, the vaccination and deworming record, genetic and HCM/PKD screening results for the parents, microchip registration, the sale contract with our three-year congenital health guarantee, and export paperwork where needed. Everything is released once your kitten is secured.

Can I see the kitten and its mother before I pay?

Yes, and we insist on it. We do live video calls with the litter and the queen, send fresh photos and video on request, and welcome visits by appointment at any of our locations.

At what age will my kitten come home?

Twelve weeks at the earliest. By then the kitten has had two vaccinations, regular worming, a vet health check, a microchip, and is litter-trained and eating solid food independently.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. We arrange licensed pet couriers for domestic journeys and flight-nanny or IATA cargo transport internationally, from whichever of our five locations is closest to you. We handle the export health certificate, rabies documentation and import permits.

Are your kittens vaccinated and microchipped?

Every kitten leaves with two vaccinations (FVRCP, plus rabies where the destination requires it), a full worming history and an ISO microchip registered in your name.

Are Bengals or British Shorthairs hypoallergenic?

No cat truly is, but both breeds shed less than long-haired cats and many allergy sufferers find a Bengal's short, single-layer pelt easier to live with. If someone in your household has allergies, tell us and we will suggest visiting the cattery first to test the reaction.

Which breed is better with children?

Both do well in family homes. The British Shorthair is calmer and more tolerant of noise and handling, which suits younger children. The Bengal is more energetic and interactive, which older children usually love. We will help you choose.

Can I have a breeding kitten?

Occasionally, for registered catteries only, and at a different price with breeding rights written into the contract. All other kittens are sold on a spay/neuter agreement.

What if something goes wrong?

Our contract includes a three-year congenital health guarantee, and we take any kitten back at any age if a placement fails — we would always rather have them than see them rehomed by strangers.
